The site is divided into four public and one private sections

• Accommodation to Let and Property for Sale - fixed price (via Paypal) or free advertisements that run for 30 days at a time before requiring renewal.
• Hotel Accommodation - fixed price (via Paypal) or free advertisements that run for 90 days at a time before requiring renewal.
• Accommodation and Property wanted - free advertisments that run for 42 days before requiring renewal.
• Searching the 'Wanted' adverts - fixed price (via Paypal) or free access that runs for 30 days at a time
• Administration section - password protected private section, accessible only to the owner/administrator. This section provides full control over the site fuctionality, registration and advert administration, including editing facilities.

Features and functionality

The site is designed for minimum interactivity by the owner/administrator - this is minimised to simple approval of uploaded content. The option to edit content is also there when required.

All advertisers upload their own adverts and photographs. They can edit/delete/renew their adverts at any time.

As a security measure, Registration requires Approval by Admin before advertisers can upload adverts to the site.

All adverts require Approval by Admin before being available to the public - this is switchable.

Fully automated payment for adverts via PayPal at upload/renewal time - but this can be changed/disabled if required.

All advertisers are automatically informed by email at least 5 days before their advert is due to expire, giving them the opportunity to renew the advert for additional payment (where required).

Adverts are automatically deleted if not renewed within a set period - this is variable, but all adverts are automatically disabled one day after the Renewal date if not renewed by the advertiser.
