accommodation-web.co.uk is a privately owned and operated website. By using the accommodation-web.co.uk website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Advertisers
- As an advertiser you agree that the details and description that you are
advertising are true.
- As an advertiser you agree that any personal details you include in
your advertisement are provided at your own risk.
- As an advertiser you agree that you have the right to offer the property
that you are advertising for sale or for rent - that you are the owner or
legally appointed agent.
- As an advertiser, you retain all of the ownership rights in your
adverts. However, by posting content to any public area of the service,
you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the
right to grant, to
accommodation-web.co.uk, an irrevocable,
perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license to
use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content
and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such
information and content, and to grant and authorise sublicenses of the foregoing
to accommodation-web.co.uk's (and its successors' and affiliates') business,
including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all
of the accommodation-web.co.uk Website (and derivative works thereof) in
any media formats and through any media channels.
You also hereby grant each user of the accommodation-web.co.uk Website a non-exclusive license to access your adverts through the Website, and to use, reproduce and display such adverts as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service. You understand and agree, however, that accommodation-web.co.uk may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of adverts that have been removed or deleted. The above licenses granted by you are perpetual and irrevocable.
In connection with adverts submitted by you, you further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant accommodation-web.co.uk all of the license rights granted herein.
- All advertisements are checked by an editor before being displayed on
the Website. You agree to allow the editor to change the content of the advertisement
should the editor find any content that they deem to be unsuitable.
- The owner/administrator of accommodation-web.co.uk
does not endorse any advert or any opinion, recommendation, or advice
expressed therein, and accommodation-web.co.uk expressly disclaims any and
all liability in connection with User Submissions. accommodation-web.co.uk
does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual
property rights on its Website, and accommodation-web.co.uk will remove any
advert if properly notified that such Content infringes on another's intellectual
property rights. accommodation-web.co.uk reserves the right to remove Content
and without prior notice. Further, the owner/administrator of accommodation-web.co.uk retains
the right to remove any complete and associated advertisements, which in our
sole judgement violate this Agreement.
- Advertisers are not permitted to ask for money in
advance under any circumstances or to request money for any other purpose.
Any advertiser who breaks this rule will have their adverts removed and
will be permanently banned from advertising on this site. There are no
exceptions to this rule!
- The owner/administrator of accommodation-web.co.uk retains the right to change, modify, discard or add any and all conditions of use, which in our sole judgement are beneficial to the smooth working of this website.
2. Visitors
- accommodation-web.co.uk is not responsible for the content and accuracy of any of the advertisements on the website. However, we will do our utmost to ensure that inaccurate advertisments do not appear.
